Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the FX13: AI Trading Signals mobile application ("App"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rakhimboy Rozmetov("Operator," "we," "us," or "our").

FX13: AI Trading Signals is a mobile application that provides AI-assisted stock market analysis, trading signals, and educational content. The App uses algorithms and data processing to analyze market information and surface potential trading ideas.

The Service includes:

• AI-assisted trading signals and indicators
• Price level suggestions (including entry, stop-loss, and targets where shown)
• Market analysis and commentary
• Educational content about trading and markets

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTION OF THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

3.1 No Financial Advice

FX13: AI Trading Signals and all content provided through the App are for EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Nothing in this App constitutes:

• Financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• A solicitation to invest in any financial instrument

3.2 Not Licensed Advisors

Rakhimboy Rozmetov is not a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor, certified financial planner, or broker-dealer, and is not licensed to provide financial advice in any jurisdiction.

3.3 No Guarantees of Performance

PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

Any backtesting, scores, or historical references do not guarantee similar performance, profitable trades, accuracy of any signal, or any specific outcome. Market conditions change; individual results vary.

3.4 Acknowledgment of Risk

By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including possible loss of your entire investment
• Markets are unpredictable; no algorithm or AI can predict movements with certainty
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose

3.5 Seek Professional Advice

Before making investment decisions, consult a qualified licensed professional, conduct your own research (DYOR), and consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, and goals.

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Provide accurate registration information

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Keep credentials confidential
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access

5.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for activities under your account, credential security, and consequences of failing to protect them.

6.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers Core features at no charge and optional Quantum (or similar premium) subscriptions with additional features. Plans, pricing, and benefits are displayed in the App and may change.

6.2 Payment Processing

In-app purchases and subscriptions on Apple devices are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases.

6.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are typically billed in advance on a recurring basis as shown at purchase
• Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (where applicable)
• Manage or cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings

6.4 Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted through Apple. Rakhimboy Rozmetov does not directly process App Store refunds; Apple's policies apply.

6.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Changes generally apply to subsequent renewal periods, not necessarily the current paid period.

7.1 No Liability for Trading Losses

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAKHIMBOY ROZMETOV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Financial losses from trading or reliance on signals or App content
• Losses due to markets, volatility, or timing
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, revenue, or savings

7.2 Service Provided "As Is"

THE APP AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

7.3 Maximum Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscriptions to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (excluding amounts retained solely by Apple or other payment processors).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rakhimboy Rozmetov from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your trading activities, your violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or claims that your use harmed a third party.

9.1 Ownership

Content, features, and functionality of the App (including software, UI, text, graphics, logos, data presentations, and compiled outputs) are owned by Rakhimboy Rozmetov or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.

9.3 Restrictions

You may not, without authorization:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content except as allowed by law
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted
• Use bots or scrapers to access the Service in violation of reasonable use
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
• Remove proprietary notices

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App and cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings (and any other channels offered in the App).

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment where applicable, or conduct that harms users or the Service.

10.3 Effect of Termination

On termination, your right to use the App ceases; we may delete your account and data subject to our Privacy Policy and law. Provisions that should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes may be communicated by posting updated Terms in the App, in-app notice, or updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

You agree first to seek informal resolution by contacting us at rakhimboy.rozmetov@icloud.com. If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, to the extent permitted by mandatory local consumer protections where you reside.

12.3 Waiver of Class Action

To the extent enforceable, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive class or collective actions where such waiver is permitted.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Rakhimboy Rozmetov regarding the App.

13.2 Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours where permitted.
